How it works, in full

Three topics covered: the booking process, artwork requirements, and how zone spots are filled. Read through, then reserve your date.

THE PROCESS

When do drops go out?

What if I miss a deadline?

What are the steps to get on a drop?

Four steps: submit your ad profile, confirm your zone and drop date, pay the flat fee, send or approve your design and the card ships on schedule. No back-and-forth revisions cycle. We handle everything.

Each drop goes out as soon as they are filled. It will take 1 week to print, and 1.5-2 weeks to organize, bundle, and receive postmaster approval and then ship to each post office. It is shipped via USPS through the regional BMEU with a business Permit, NOT retail.

If you don't pay your invoice, then you are removed from the card and are put on the bottom of the list. If your competitor jumps on the card then you will have to wait until your competitor jumps off. At this ad price they probably won't jump off the card.
So pay your invoice.

What file formats do you accept?

How many revision rounds are included?

Do I need to supply a print-ready file?

No. We design your ad at no extra cost. Or you can design your own. The flat price covers either path — design fees are included.

You can make a copy in Canva of your ad, and share it with us. If you don't use canva and have proffesional adobe software, a PDF at 300 dpi without bleed marks is preferred. High-resolution PNG files are accepted. We will confirm specs when you submit.

We send 2 layouts, and then one round of revisions is included with our design service. Additional changes are billed at a flat hourly rate noted in your confirmation.

Zones & Spots

Is there a minimum number of zones to buy?

Can I book the same zone on multiple drops?

How many advertisers share each postcard?

Each postcard carries a fixed number of ad slots per zone. Once those slots are filled, that zone is closed for the drop. Spots are reserved in the order payments are confirmed, and you can buy up to 6 slots (a full 11X14 page).

No minimum. You can book a single zone for a single drop. Most advertisers start with one standard ad size on at least 2 zip codes and add more after their first mailing. Some are signed on for every mailing in every zip.

Yes. Recurring reservations hold your placement across drops at the same flat rate. Notify us before the cutoff if you need to pause a cycle.

Artwork

Ready to lock in your spot?

Spots fill by reservation date. Choose your zone, confirm your drop date, and pay the flat fee — done.
